Dave is a gem. I manage many properties in Burlington, and Dave is my go-to for EVERYTHING– from landscaping/plowing to kitchen/bath renovations to foundations/concrete work. How rare to find someone so capable of it all. He communicates exceptionally from beginning to end of a project. He is diligent, honest, and he always goes the extra mile. For example, in managing multiple renovation projects for 3 different units in one of our properties, he had an hour or so to kill waiting for supplies etc. and he took it upon himself to vacuum and clean out the basement. His work ethic is unparalleled. Highly recommend.
