Dave Cassell, the visionary behind DC Property Maintenance, was born and raised in Vermont. His deep connection to the Burlington area and its unique culture has been instrumental in shaping our company. From a young age, Dave harbored a dream of owning a lawn mowing business. At 14, he turned that dream into reality, launching his first venture. Although his plans took a detour when he sold his equipment to move to Hawaii with his family—a move that never happened—his entrepreneurial spirit remained undeterred.

Instead, Dave found himself navigating new waters as the boat captain of the Spirit of Ethan Allen. However, his passion for property maintenance was reignited in 2010, leading to the establishment of DC Property Maintenance. Under his leadership, the company has flourished, becoming a trusted name in the industry.
