We recently bought a property that had not been maintained for a while and Dave came and brushhogged a wide perimeter around the house leaving it looking amazing and able to be brought back to lawn. He works so fast and efficiently, was very professional and would be someone we could definitely rely on to do a great job in the future! Highly recommend Dave and his company!
Holly16/05/2021I called DCPM on a Friday afternoon. Dave called me back in less than an hour, and he and his son were at my home the following day. My lawn has been struggling for the last couple of years, but after one visit, I have hope and see my property has the potential to look very nice. Dave’s quality of service is impressive. He mowed and trimmed the property and didn’t leave any grass clumps. I didn’t feel pressured to do additional work and liked his approach to other work I want done on the property. Additionally, I never felt my job was too small or would get any lesser treatment than a bigger job. This work ethic, and quality of service, is the reason I’ll continue as a client with DC Property Maintenance.
Bradley Young07/09/2020DC did a wonderful job on our relatively small landscaping project. We had about 50 linear feet of overgrown border around our house cleaned out, while saving and transplanting some desirable plants. Dave arrived with Wayne and an assistant and they took off, working hard, and accomplished more in a short time than I expected. They worked through the rain, despite my assuring them it was OK to take a break and wait. The new mulched beds, bordered with landscape pavers, and replanted perennials, looks great! By charging per hour of work (rather than by project), we got a deal with how hard and quickly the crew worked. Rates are more than reasonable. Aside from the being happy with the project, Dave and Wayne are just good people. You immediately sense the pride they take in their work and their desire to please their customers is unmistakable. Trust is important in hiring contractors and DC earned ours completely. It's a class operation from top to bottom. We'd recommend them to anyone!
